It's very cool, sounds really original to me. However, the lead guitar sounds slightly harsh compared to the flowing strings.

It has potential, but most of the parts feel very off beat. Fix that and it should turn out a very nice song!

It's a nice beat and all, and the way you did L/R audio switches was a good effect, but it definitely needs more lead.
